PTTM Racing BMC Rib Case Gearbox front cover. This cover will allow you to install a concentric type slave cylinder to the BMC rib case gearbox and provide a modern lip seal for the input shaft.
Further Detail:
The front cover is machined from billet 6061 T6 aluminium, this far exceeds the load capacity of the original cast covers and provides a flat concentric mounting surface for the slave cylinder.
The cover is design has been carefully considered in order to offer the maximum possible range of slave cylinder locations– the cover is as “thin” as It can be. A practical effort has been made to reduce weight.
It has been configured to accommodate a range of push type slave cylinders depending on space/budget these are:
Titan APC5 Slave cylinder (recommend Saab type for 51mm fulcrum release bearing)
Any Saab 900 Style Cylinder EG
Tilton 0000 series (0100,0200, 0300, 0400, 0500)
An original Saab 900 cylinder will also fit but may require some modification depending on mounting depth in relation to front face of gearbox
